Contrary to the market trend in the bricks-and-mortar retail segment, Woolworth GmbH is growing rapidly. Since 2010, the number of department store locations has quadrupled from 158 to more than 630. In the long term, Woolworth sees the potential for 1,500 stores across Germany. The unmistakable non-food retail and logistics concept operates entirely without internet marketing and is a major crowd puller for urban centers.

TK Maxx expands in the trend-setting city district center ZAM of the ROSA-ALSCHER Group

In the new ZAM city district center in Munich-Freiham, the ROSA-ALSCHER Group has attracted TK Maxx as a further highly attractive tenant for approx. 2,000 sqm of commercial space. The TK Maxx parent company TJX operates 5,000 stores worldwide in the fashion, household and lifestyle segment with 235,000 employees and annual sales of > EUR 40 billion.
ZAM is the first German mixed-use quarter to receive the Pre-Certified Good Mobility Platinum Award in the "Quarter 2023" category. The ROSA-ALSCHER Group thus becomes a First Mover in future mobility.

Park One takes over the parking management in the neighborhood center ZAM

The ROSA-ALSCHER Group has been able to win a renowned parking operator for its prestigious project in Munich-Freiham, the ZAM. In the future, Park One will form the mobility hub and manage the short- and long-term parking spaces in the heart of the emerging urban quarter. Park One is a Munich-based owner-operated company that is active throughout Germany. In Munich, the company manages, among other things, the underground parking garage in the "Schwabinger Tor" mixed-use district.

Topping-out ceremony for ZAM Life in Munich-Freiham

The residential and commercial building ZAM Life is already the second of four buildings of the new urban quarter ZAM in Munich-Freiham, which was celebrated on May 11, 2023 with the placing of the topping-out crown on the shell. Among the approximately 230 invited guests from the region was Heike Kainz, City Councilor of the City of Munich.

The foundation stone was laid a few weeks ago. Before that, the first commercial spaces had already been leased to dm, Lidl and a pharmacy. Now, two more companies have secured large rental spaces in the new ZAM district center in Munich-Freiham — including the first office tenant.

Construction work for the new ZAM district center in Munich-Freiham is proceeding according to plan. In the excavation pit, which is up to 8 meters deep, the foundations of the buildings being constructed around Mahatma Gandhi Platz can already be seen.

Twin yards celebrates final building phase

There was an ebullient mood at the spring festival held at the innovative “twin yards” office complex in Munich’s Parkstadt Schwabing. Together with investors, developers and project partners, the project company Top Office Munich GmbH celebrated the brisk pace of construction. The future owner, WealthCap, was especially pleased, as 70 percent of the office space has already been leased.
Presentation of winning design for Domagkpark district

City Director Susanne Ritter opened the exhibition of the winning designs for the Domagkpark district in the presence of numerous guests. She anticipates that the neighbourhood under development in the north of Munich will become “the new centre of the whole Funkkaserne”. The architectural drafts will be exhibited in the foyer of the Planning Department from the 22nd of April between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

The project company of the Rosa-Alscher Group announced a realization competition for part of the “Bauquartier MK3”. First prize went to Palais Mai Architekten from Munich.
